The challenge
Forecast data arrived as PDFs, Excel files, CSVs and database extracts, each with its own units and structure. Building a consensus view meant reformatting everything by hand first.
What we built
Power Query standardises formats, units and structures across every source into one database, automated workflows produce the consolidated consensus in Excel, and Power BI turns it into dashboards that can be read at a glance.
